Revoke is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. It is a free, open-source tool that helps you draft and send requests to exercise privacy rights you already have under existing law.

Revoke generates pre-written data deletion, opt-out, and access requests that cite the privacy statute applicable to your selected US state, and helps you send them via your own email client or a company's official portal. It also keeps a local record of your requests and their deadlines.
The templates and statutory references are provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current law or fit your specific circumstances. The requests you send may include a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose data is at issue. You are responsible for ensuring the information you enter is accurate and that you are entitled to make the requests you send.
Revoke cannot guarantee that any company will respond, comply, or meet a statutory deadline. Company email addresses, portals, and obligations are outside our control and may change at any time.
