The short version: Revoke collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no tracking. Everything you enter stays in your own browser. We literally cannot see it.
Nothing. Revoke is a static web app with no backend. We do not operate a server that receives your data, and we have no database, no logs of your activity, and no analytics or advertising trackers.
To generate your requests, Revoke asks for your name, email address, and US state. It also records a local list of the requests you've sent so it can track legal deadlines. All of this is stored exclusively in your browser using localStorage on your own device. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
You can erase all of it at any time from Settings → Reset all data, or by clearing your browser's site data.
When you send a request, Revoke opens your own email application (via a mailto: link) or a company's official privacy portal in a new tab. The email is sent by you, from your email account, directly to the company. Revoke is not a party to that message and never receives a copy.
Revoke does not embed third-party trackers, ad networks, or analytics scripts. If you host or fork this open-source project, your chosen host (for example, GitHub Pages) may collect standard server logs such as IP addresses as part of serving the page, which is governed by your host's privacy policy, not this one.
Revoke is intended for adults exercising their own privacy rights and is not directed at children.
Because this is an open-source project, this policy may change as the project evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and in the project's commit history.
